1:1 Personal training

Fully customised to your goals, experience, and schedule. Choose from 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions, with the option to include individualised programming between sessions.

Small-group (2-4 people)

Train with a friend, partner, or small group while still receiving targeted coaching. A cost-effective option that combines personalised attention with the motivation of training together.

Pricing

Pricing varies. Sessions range from $80–$115, depending on session length (30–60 minutes), coach, and optional add-ons such as programming or check-ins.
