What performance programs are available?

Our performance programs are designed to support athletic development at every stage, from young athletes building strong foundations to experienced athletes pursuing higher levels of performance.

Each program provides structured coaching, progressive training, and a clear pathway for development, helping athletes improve strength, fitness, skill, and confidence over time.

Youth / junior athletic development

Our structured strength and conditioning program for juniors and teens.

This program focuses on building strong movement foundations while developing strength, speed, coordination, agility, and overall athletic ability in an age-appropriate environment.

Sessions are coach-led and scaled according to training age and experience, helping young athletes learn correct movement patterns, build confidence, and develop safe training habits.

Two membership options are available: Unlimited Training, allowing athletes to attend as many sessions per week as they like, or Part-Time Training, allowing up to 2 sessions per week.

Chasing limits

Our performance training program for athletes who want a more structured, performance-driven approach to their training.

This program is built around progressive training cycles that develop strength, conditioning, and skill over time. Each session has a clear purpose and stimulus so athletes understand what they are training for and how it contributes to long-term improvement.

Athletes can follow either the Performance Athlete track, designed for those pursuing higher levels of performance or competition, or the Recreational Athlete track, which provides structured training with a more balanced and sustainable approach.

Two membership options are available depending on how you want to train: Online Programming for athletes training remotely, or In-Gym Performance Training at Evolve alongside the Chasing Limits athlete group.
