What we do

Evolve was built around a simple belief… that people train better, stay more consistent, and get further when they're coached properly and surrounded by the right people.

Most people who walk through our doors have tried other things. The commercial gym where nobody knew their name. The program they downloaded and never finished. The motivation that came and went. They weren't lazy. They just didn't have the right environment.

That's what Evolve is. The right environment.

Coach-led classes, structured programs that actually progress over time, and a community that shows up for each other every single session. Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or you've been training for years, you'll be pushed, coached, and held to a standard that brings out the best in you.

Our classes

We run three weekly programs: Perform, Engine, and Build. Each built around a different training goal. The coaching is consistent. The programming is structured. The standard is high.

On top of that, we run monthly skill masterclasses that go deep on specific movements, and every Saturday we open the doors for a fun, team-based community workout. The perfect starting point if you're not sure where to begin.

1. Performance Programs

These programs are built for athletes with a specific goal in mind and a willingness to do what it takes to get there.

  • Chasing Limits (By Ethan Anderson) For athletes chasing peak performance. A structured program built around strength, conditioning, skill, and movement quality. Higher standards, clearer direction, and programming designed to push you toward the best version of yourself as an athlete. Available in-gym or remotely.

  • Youth Athletic Development (By Lilli Smyth) For young athletes who are serious about their sport. Built around the foundations that matter most at this stage. Movement, coordination, speed, and resilience. Delivered in an environment that develops the athlete and the person.

2. Personal Training

Prefer something built entirely around you? Our coaches offer one-on-one and small group sessions tailored to your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. A personalised option for anyone who wants that extra level of individual attention.

Frequently asked questions

  • I'm new. Will I keep up? Absolutely. Every session is coach-led and fully scalable. Movements, loads, and pacing are all adjusted to your level so you feel challenged, not overwhelmed. Everyone starts somewhere. Our coaches make sure you start well.

  • How many times a week should I train? Three sessions a week is a great starting point for building consistency. Four to five can accelerate progress, as long as you're balancing your training and giving yourself at least one proper rest day.

  • What if I have an injury or niggle? Let your coach know before class and we'll work around it. For anything more persistent, we work closely with Tidal Motion Physiotherapy who can build a Return to Play plan so you can keep training while you recover.

  • What should I bring? Water, a towel, and comfortable training gear. Arrive five minutes early so your coach can brief you and set you up before the session starts.

  • What is Open Gym? Access to the facility and equipment without coaching or classes. During busy periods, group classes take priority on space and equipment.

  • Do I need to do a trial first? You don't have to. But it does give you the chance to experience Evolve properly and see if it's the right fit. No pressure, no commitment.

  • Are there lock-in contracts? No. Our memberships are flexible with 14 days notice required to cancel or pause.

  • Can I change my membership? Yes, anytime. Move between Part-Time, All-Access, or Open Gym depending on what life looks like right now.
