Explore the range of class types and training programs available below.

Body

Our flagship strength and conditioning program.

This 4-day-per-week training plan focuses on functional movement patterns like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying. Each session combines strength and conditioning so you build balanced, well-rounded fitness for whatever life throws your way.

Strength work helps build muscle and resilience, while conditioning develops cardiovascular fitness and endurance, giving you a strong, capable body both inside and outside the gym.

Burn

A once-a-week conditioning-focused session designed to build your engine.

These workouts focus on lower-skill, longer-duration efforts that help develop cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Sessions are simple, effective, and scalable, allowing you to train at the right intensity for your level while improving your ability to sustain effort over time.

The goal is to help you build a strong aerobic base and lasting work capacity, supporting both your training and everyday life.

Pump

A 3-day-per-week strength program focused on progressive resistance training.

These sessions prioritise building muscle, increasing strength, and improving lifting technique through structured strength work. The program follows a progressive approach, allowing you to gradually increase loads and develop strength safely over time.

The goal is to help you build a stronger, more resilient body while developing confidence with fundamental lifting movements.

Skill

A 2-day-per-week program focused on developing gymnastics and calisthenics skills.

These sessions combine progressive skill drills and targeted strength work to help you build control, coordination, and bodyweight strength. Movements are broken down into clear progressions so you can develop the positions, strength, and technique needed for more advanced skills over time.

The goal is to help you master your own body, building the strength and control required for movements like pull-ups, handstands, and other gymnastic progressions.
