At Evolve Fitness Collective, we deliver coach-led classes designed to help everyday people build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent long term. Our structured programs combine expert coaching, progressive programming, and a supportive community so you can train safely and continue progressing at your own pace.

Whether you're just starting out or have years of training experience, our classes are scalable to your level while still challenging you to improve.

  • Chasing Limits Performance Program (By Ethan Anderson) — The Chasing Limits Performance Program, is designed for athletes who want a more structured and performance-driven approach to training. The program focuses on developing strength, conditioning, skill, and resilient movement through progressive programming. Available for athletes training in-gym or remotely.

  • Youth Athletic Development (By Lilli Smyth) — Our Youth Athletic Development program, provides age-appropriate strength and conditioning for teens and juniors. Sessions focus on building movement foundations, coordination, speed, and injury resilience in a supportive environment that helps young athletes develop both confidence and athletic ability.

Frequently asked questions

  • I’m new. Will I keep up? — Absolutely. Every session is coach-led and fully scalable. Movements, loads, and pacing can all be adjusted to your level so you feel challenged, not overwhelmed.

  • How many times per week should I train? — For most people, 3 sessions per week is great for building consistency. Training 4–5 times per week can accelerate progress, provided you balance strength and conditioning and include at least one rest day.

  • What if I have injuries or niggles? — Let your coach know before class and we’ll provide safe alternatives and modifications. For more persistent issues, we work closely with Tidal Motion Physiotherapy, who can assist with Return to Play plans so you can continue training while recovering.

  • What should I bring to class? — Bring water, a towel, and comfortable training gear. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early so coaches can brief you and help scale the workout if needed.

  • What is Open Gym? — Open Gym provides access to the facility and equipment only and does not include coaching or classes. During busy periods, group classes have priority on space and equipment.

  • Do I need to do a trial first? — We recommend starting with a Free Trial or Intro session so we can show you around, understand your goals, and help set you up for success.

  • Are there lock-in contracts? — No. Our memberships are flexible, with 14 days’ notice required to cancel or pause.

  • Can I change my membership? — Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time, moving between Part-Time, All-Access, or Open Gym depending on your schedule and training needs.
