  • Once you've had your free consultation, it’s time to choose the membership that best fits your goals, lifestyle, and training needs. At Evolve Fitness Collective, we offer a range of membership options designed for beginners and experienced athletes alike, ensuring you get the right balance of coaching, training, and community support.

    We’ll provide you with a detailed membership package outlining everything you need to make an informed choice. Whether you’re looking for flexible access, unlimited training, or specialised coaching, we’ll help you find the best option to support your progress and long-term success.

  • As part of your journey at Evolve Fitness Collective, we prioritise your health, movement, and longevity. That’s why all new-to-fitness members receive a professional 30-minute movement and health screen with our on-site physiotherapist, Josh Cluff from Tidal Motion Physiotherapy.

    This session is a comprehensive pre-screen designed to help you understand your body better, identify any mobility restrictions or imbalances, and ensure you're set up for safe and effective training. Josh will also pass all key information to your coaches, allowing them to modify and scale your workouts appropriately—so you can train with confidence, minimise injury risk, and maximise results.
