FAQ’S

➡️ I’m new—will I keep up? Absolutely. Every session is coach-led and fully scalable. We adjust movements, loads, and pacing to your level so you feel challenged—not crushed.

➡️ How many times per week should I train? 3×/week is great for consistency; 4–5×/week drives faster results. Mix strength + conditioning, keep at least 1 rest day.

➡️ Injuries or niggles? Tell your coach before class. We’ll provide safe alternatives and monitor your form. For more persistent issues, we are affiliated with Tidal Motion Physiotherapy who do a ‘Return to Play’ plan which enable your to repair injuries while continuing a training plan with us.

➡️ What should I bring? Water, towel, comfy training gear. Arrive 5 minutes early so we can brief and scale you properly.

➡️ Open Gym? Open Gym refers to facility access only—no class or coaching included. During peak times, classes have priority on space/equipment.

➡️ Do I need a trial first? We recommend a Free Trial or Free Intro so we can set you up for success.

➡️ Are there lock-ins? No. Memberships are flexible—just 14 days’ notice to cancel or pause.

➡️ Can I upgrade/downgrade? Anytime. Move between Part-Time, All-Access, and Open Gym to suit your schedule.
